Toggle trigger after file close

I'm new to Labview. I have a application needs to toggle Trigger and Ready signal, if a trigger input channel reach a set level, Trigger will be set to True and Ready will be set to False; then the system will record data to disk (in RT local), while Ready is False, the system will not check trigger channel level; after recorded set number of samples, close the file and set Ready to True, clear Trigger to False. I use Write to Measurement File express VI to record data, but I could find the way to toggle Ready and Trigger.

So, are you already doing what you would like? I just wanted to confirm as you had set your second post as the solution.

I added a counter to do it, but looks like the scan engine only sample one channel each scan, still need to work on it, thanks!
