How to save options to a project in SignalExpress 3.0?

I can't permanently save the Tools>>Options to a project.  When saving the options to a project, then reopening it the changes aren't reloaded. 

For example:  Change an option in project1, save the options and project, and close the project.  Now open another project2 and change the same option to something different, save the options and project2, and close.  When I reopen project1, its option changes are lost and it assumes the options saved in project2. 

Is there some way to save the options to the project, or is this a bug?

The options that can be changed from the Tools menu are considered options for the SignalExpress program as a whole, and currently do not pertain to a specific project, but rather stay as whatever any given user has configured them.  So, you are correct that there is no way to save them with the project.  You can submit this as a future feature for the software through the Product Suggestion page.
