I am using SignalExpress 2014 with hardware PCIe-6353.
I am trying to generate a DC signal using Anolog Output of the 6353 with a sweep, i.e., increase the output a little bit each time. (from 0V to 2V at 0.02V increment)
My question is, after the sweep, how can I reset the output voltage of the Analog Channel from 2V back to 0V. My own solution is to add a sequence after the sweep and at a 0V analog output at the same channel. But I am afraid that this step will only set the value to 0 but not turn off the channel (like make it idle) and I fear that this will shorten the life of DAQ.
Therefore I was wondering if there is a professional way to clear the task like what we do in Labview.
