change IQ data to Real data?

I have a IQ Data file , I want change them to a Real data file , But ,I do not How to do it ?

need a help ,thanks!

Well, its a basic concept that the IQ data has to be multiplied with the sin and cos of the carrier and add it in order to generate a real waveform
