I am running into a problem with syncing the start of the arbitrary waveform generated by PXI-5412 and the analog input of PXI-6143. Please see the attached file for my code. The MarkerEvent 0 is exported as start trigger for PXI-6143 analog input. However, when I loop back the arbitrary waveform output to the AI of PXI-6143 and recorded several pings, I noticed slight shifts in the received waveforms across multiple pings. This suggests that there is some problem with the start trigger (or clocking?), but I am not sure how to fix this. Could anyone help me with this, please?
