How do I dynamically phase shift a signal on a PXI-5412 or PXI-5421 using the ANSI C library?

Can you give us more information? Perhaps you can use the streaming feature of the 5421 to this. If you are using LabWindows/CVI you can take a look at the example called: ArbitraryWaveformStreaming.prj
