Controlling a waveform frequency and number of pulses using NI 6036 and SCB 68

For whom it may concern,

I´m making an application to control a trigger in port. I wrote a program that creates a signal and send it for analog output. I'm using a NI 6036E with SCB-68. The problem basically is I don#t understand why the real frequency observed in trigger in port is different that one I have selected in waveform generator. I have tried to change values in number of samples and sample rate but I didn't find a solution. I don't know why when I set 10Hz, for example, in waveform generator, it appears a frequency completely different in analog output. Otherwise, I would like to understand if is there a way to control the number of pulses different I have implemented?

Thank you in advance!
