using TEDS library without Plug&Play dev. kit

I have a custom sensor to which I would like to add an EEPROM chip (DS2433 1-wire EEPROM or similar) containing calibration coefficients, which vary from sensor to sensor. Can I use the TEDS library to access the EEPROM data via a pair of digital output lines from my DAQ card? (National Instruments 6062E) I am wondering if it's that simple, or if additional interface chips are included in the Plug & Play development kit to drive the 1-wire devices.

Yes, the Plug & Play development kit contains a microcontroller that converts the SPI data from the DAQ board to the 1-wire protocol used by the DS2433 EEPROMs.

This hardware is required to communicate with the DS2433 EEPROMs via the TEDS library VIs.
