search and replace different signals name to different value

i am running a program where i get output signal "displacmentrange 1"  ......

"displacementrange 19"  i need to replace this name to different name

for example

when signal come

displacementrange 1 it must show 122.5nm

displacementrange 1 it must show 245 nm

displacementrange 1 it must show 490 nm
