Working with more than one SCXI 1000

Hallo everyone,
I need to work with signals coming out from a BNC and others signals from a SCXI 1520 inside the SCXI 1000 chssis. Someone suggested to buy an adapter (SCXI1346) for multisystem chassis, but I can see only signals coming from BNC. I have another SCXI 1000 chassis and in the catalog 2003 is written that I can use this two chassis in multisystem, but they doesn't work.
The questions are:
1. how can I see the signals coming from BNC and SCXI 1520 (together)?
2. why in the catalog they say that I can use two SCXI 1000 in multisystem mode and in the adapter datasheet (page4) they wrote "you cannot use SCXI 1000" ?
3.Page 305 of catalog 2003: "..if your application grows, you can daisy-chain two or more SCXI-1000 chassi
s". What does it means?
4.Is daisy-chain different from multisystem?
Thanks.

Daisy-chaining chassis can be the same thing as a multi-chassis system. If you have multiple DAQ devices, you could connect each DAQ device to its own SCXI 1000 chassis. If you only have one DAQ device, the SCXI-1000 chassis with the SCXI-1520 is full of modules, and you need additional channel count, you can purchase the SCXI-1346 which allows to connect multiple SCXI chassis to one DAQ device. Take a look at the document linked below for additional information. I hope this helps.
