hi..

 

i am using X310 with WBX cards. i have to implement FM modulations in it. my message signal is for example Noise. i tried to generate it but spectrum analyzer dont show me any type of bandwidth. i also tried AM, FSK and other modulation but the result i got is only a single tone on single frequency.

the output is in IQ form feeded to FPGA is next level.

 

i shall be thankful if anyone has implemented any type of modulation in it

Hi Naveed_16,

 

That single tone you are refering to, might be the LO leakage.  I would like to get some more information, so I have a couple of questions:

 

1)What are you using for this application. USRP driver?

2)Did you started with any of the USRP TX and RX examples?

3)How do you have your device connection?

 

Also you could upload screenshots of what you are looking at.
