I plan to buy a NI plug and play sensor development kit to try out the IEEE1451.4. My question is what types of smart accelerometers and smart thermocouples work with this kit?
Sensors that comply with the IEEE 1451.4 standard will work with the NI Plug & Play Sensor Development Kit. There is actually an NI Sensor Advisor online that helps you decide what sensor you need (manufacturer and sensor type) for your application. I have included a link to this advisor below.
