SENT Interface - Data nibble connection

Hello,

maybe someone can help me. My problem is that i don't know, how can i connect 3 nibbles (any 4bit) values (ticks (decimal), not binär values) to a 12bit value in decimal unit? Here a short example: 1st nibble: 3 (decimal, 4bit); 2st nibble: 10 (decimal, 4bit) and the third nibble: 8 (decimal, 4bit). Actually, this three nibbles should be one data-value in decimal unit. How is the relation? How can i combine the single nibbles to one value? For a Example for a SENT-signal look at the attachments.
