SCB-68 circuit diagram

Solved!
Go to solution

Hallo all,

I am having SCB-68 68 pin sheilded connecter block. Can any one provide me electrical circuit diagram?

I have gone through manuals provided, but I have still some queries.

1) how exactly the switches work ?

2) What is need to provide +5v to the signal conditioning part ?( Because for signal conditoning we use some resistors and capacitors )

3) where should we always  connect our signal ? is it always at the screw terminals or is it depends on the signal conditioning requirement ?

4) If we use signal conditioning, what are the signal input terminals ? And from which terminals conditioned signals reaching the DAQ ?

Hey,

the Circuit diagramm is shown at these PDF at page 82-83. (SCB-68 68-Pin Shielded Connector Block User Manual)

The Sensor you want to use is ever connect with the Screw Terminal,

The Switches have the following functions:

S1 --> 5V Power Supply

S2 --> DGND

S3 --> AIGND

S4 --> PSE or Differential measurement

S5 --> CJC (Cold Junction Compensation)

Hello

And what about a complete schematic / electrical diagram ?

I'm a beginner and I'm having really hard time understanding how things work !

As ones say, a drawing is better than a long talking !

My SCB-68 is connected to a PCI-6224
