PXIe 4330/4331 with custom accessories

I would like to know id it is possible to design custom accessories for these boards or have we to use only NI accessories (Terminal Block) ?

As we'll have a lot of boards to integrate, we would like to design custom harnesses from  4330/1 to frontend connectors of the cabinet. in order to minimize wiring operations. That's why we would like to don't use the TB and to connect our harnesses directly to the board connector.
