How do attain an actual scan rate of exactly 96kHz for AI capture?

The actual scan rate and the scan rate for AI data Acq. seem to be different and due to the other software requirements involved in this project, I will need this to be exact.

Greetings,

To generate the requested 96 kHz scan clock, the DAQ device divides-down its 20 MHz timebase. Since 20M/96k does not result in an integer divisor, the closest scan rate you will be able to achieve is 96153.85 S/s (divisor of 208). Thus, if you need a scan rate of exactly 96 kS/s, you will need to provide an external scan clock.

Good luck with your application.
