Chassis doesn't detect modules

Dear all

 

I’m using the following hardware: NI SCXI-1000, NI SCXI-1600, SCXI-1520. I used this hardware configuration for several years without any problems but recently I’m not being able to do it. Now, when I try to use the SCXI-1520 board, I receive an error 200073 (please see image). I’m lost because I haven’t made any change! The chassis is on and all cables are connected! Any help?
