LabVIEW Job Opportunity in Kearny Mesa

Is anyone interested in a full time permanent job opportunity in Kearny Mesa?

Key skills:

  • LabVIEW (of course)
  • Reading electrical schematics, software communication protocols, and hardware spec docs to design automated tests
  • Troubleshooting problems reported by users of your code

Key tasks:

  • Controlling GPIB RF equipment
  • Interfacing with serial based equipment
  • Writing/Deploying/Supporting ATE software in LabVIEW 2015
  • Interfacing with a wide range of devices including databases, web services and label printers
  • Writing typical engineering documentation including ECOs, requirement docs, user guides, etc.

Some Pluses:

  • A high degree of ownership over your code—your code will be judged on external characteristics like reliability, performance, etc.
  • No worrying that editing a common function will break someone else's code—it will only break your code
  • Good benefits
  • Inheriting code that mostly isn't horrible
