facing problem while communicating with cRIO-9104 chasis in NI MAX

I tried to communicaste with my cRIO -9004 using ethernet cable which is connected with same subnet mask as that of PC.It is mounted on the chasis cRIO 9104 which has a reconfiurable FPGA and 8 slots.

But I couldn't find cRIO-9004 in the NI MAX window which specified the chasis as unkown.NI MAX_window.png

 

I am anew user to this module and software. Please help

Hey Vinayak,

I'm not sure that there's a problem here. You wouldn't usually do anything with the modules in MAX. Are you able to add them to your project in LabVIEW?
