can’t supply power to the custom adapter module

I have created my custom adapter module, but I can’t supply power to the adapter module with the VI that NI provides. Attachment 1 are the VI and the error message. The VI is installed in the following location: \vi.lib\FlexRIO\FlexRIO_HostInterface.llb. I have programmed the IO Module ID into the adapter module with ProgramIOModID.vi and it runs successfully without error. Attachment 2 is my NI MAX interface of my custom adapter module and you can see that the power-on status is Null. So how can I supply the power to my custom adapter module? And what the error is mentioned above?
