Where can I download NI-RIO IO Scan 15.0?

 Hi, 

I am having trouble installing NI Industrial communication for EtherCAT software on the NI pxie-1078. It keeps asking that I install NI-RIO IO Scan 15.0

I have looked through NI download database but I could not find it. Please lead me to a link where I can download it. Thank you!

Waterox,

 

 

 

If you have NI-RIO and NI Industrial Communication for EtherCAT installed on your host(pc) you should be good to go.

What version of NI-RIO and EtherCAT are you using? Also, curious what controller are you using? I'm assuming controller is running Real-time OS.

 

You can also post your MAX technical report, that will show what HW and SW you are running. We can look over it and let you know if you are missing anything.
