Unable to get started with NI myRIO 1900.. The toolkit says version mismatch

Hello folks,

Recently gotta new myRIO 1900..

Previously i had LabVIEW 2013 installed..

I installed NI myRIO toolkit only but that couldnt help as it requested for LabVIEW myRIO module 2014 (provided in CD) and uninstalled LabVIEW 2013

Further I installed complete myRIO software bundle..

And now, the myRIO USB monitor says version mismatch..

Though i tried the inital setup again, the device fails to match with the version..

Here are my software version details:

LabVIEW myRIO 2014 module

LabVIEW Real Time 2014

myRIO toolkit

Any help in this regard will be appreciable..

Have you tried to update the firmware and software on the myRIO?

Open MAX and see what is installed on the myRIO. (See also)

did you install on 32 bit the sofware bundle 2014? There is not any 64 bit version
