Real-Time Measurement and Control

I would like to configure the IP settings of my new cRIO NI-9022 in MAX but I can't detect it in MAX. Everything seems OK for the LED indications on the RT controller when connected by ethernet to the PC.
I can see it by using the NI Network Browser: Name NI-cRIO9022-016D7985, IP 169.254.18.198, status CONNECTED, and so on, but when I try to refresh the Remote System in MAX, nothing happens. I just can see my other cRIO NI-9014 (IP 192.168.1.2) disconnected. What should I do to connect and configure in MAX my second cRIO correctly?

Hello Romain!

Please make sure that MAX is not blocked by any firewall.

If you are using the Windows firewall make sure that Ingoing and Outgoing Connections are allowed for

all networks for MAX (See Screenshot).

You can also try to connect the cRIO directly to your computer using a (crossover) Ethernet cable.
