Re: MAXServerUnknownError when connecting to cRIO 9074 in MAX after NI-DAQmx update to 3.6.1

OK,

it did NOT do the trick :smileysad:

What does seem to work is the following:

1) go to the network settings page. MAX will throw the MAXServerUnknownError error...

2) on the left pane: right click the target & reboot the target, the right pane still shows the network settings (probably no network cards found) together with the error.

3) while the target is rebooting, click the refresh button on the right pane to update the network details.

4) this (for me) always updates the network settings and I can manipulate them correctly.

best regards

Re: MAXServerUnknownError when connecting to cRIO 9074 in MAX after NI-DAQmx update to 3.6.1

We just releases a new version of MAX and NI System Configuration 5.3.2.

This release addresses some of the issues that would result in a MAXServerUnknownError.  Please give it a try and let me know if you are still able to reproduce the problem.
