Crio-9004

I am using NI cRIO 9004. It was detected by my NI MAX. But when I started progaming with it the modules NI  cRIO 9215 and NI 9265 were available at my project but not acessable by DAQ assistance.

why is this happening?

Please help me with above quiery. The problem still remains the same.

I am unable to detect the chasis in my NI MAX. It shows the message unkown which is said to be seen when the chasis remains unidentified

please help .
