CompactRIO 9030 : use USB device port as host

Hi,

I have a cRio 9030 with 2 USB host ports and one USB device port.

The device port is designed to be used as an ethernet connection to the host, but I am using the RJ45 port to do so.

As the USB device port is available, I'd like to disable the corresponding ethernet connection (usb0) in order to use this port as a classical USB port.

Is it possible to do so ? I guess this can be parametrized from SSH ?

Thanks,

Olivier

Hi oKermorgant,

As specified in the cRIO-9030 datahseet (cf page 3 http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/376260a.pdf):

The USB device port is intended only for use in device configuration, application deployment, debug, and maintenance.

What do you want to connect to this port ? (a USB mass storage)
