Re : CRIO

Hey moonm,

You've probably seen the reply to your post here by legolas, but I wanted to re-iterate that in order for the cRIO examples to show up in the example finder, and have the functionality I believe you're looking for, you'll need to install the LabVIEW Real-Time Module, LabVIEW FPGA Module, and NI-RIO driver. To ensure compatibility of your software, make sure you follow this table:

NI-RIO and LabVIEW Version Compatibility

Hope this helps!

Re : Re : CRIO

Hey moonm,

You can find the 2010 versions of the LabVIEW Real-Time and FPGA Modules here:

Services Resource Center

http://digital.ni.com/src.nsf/display?ReadForm&lookup=LabVIEW&view=suproduct&node=node=203014_us

And NI-RIO here:

http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/catnav:du/q/RIO/

Make sure you select the correct versions based on if you're using LabVIEW 2010 or LabVIEW 2010 SP1. Hope this helps!

Re : Re : Re : CRIO

Hey moonm,

Depending on your specific application you may need additional toolkits or modules. However, for simply getting started with your cRIO and using the basic examples you should only need the Real-Time and FPGA Modules and the NI-RIO driver. For proper order of installation install LabVIEW, then the modules, then the RIO driver. Hope this helps!

Re: Re : Re : Re : CRIO

Hey apeace,

For LabVIEW 2011, you'll need Real-Time 2011 and NI-RIO 4.0 which are linked below:

Real-Time 2011:

https://lumen.ni.com/nicif/us/evaltlktembdes/content.xhtml

NI-RIO 4.0:

http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2598/lang/en

However, if you downloaded the evaluation version of LabVIEW then it's possible you're actually using LabVIEW 2011 SP1 in which case you'll need different links. So, double check your version and if it's LabVIEW 2011 SP1 then let me know. Otherwise, use the above links. Hope this helps!
