Analog video into cRIO-9030

Hi All,

I am using a cRIO-9030 with a user interface using the Displayport output. For my project I need to display 2 NTSC video streams, preferabbly in the UI. Is there any way to input these video signals into the cRIO?

If not, will the cRIO recognize a UVC compliant camera and allow me to use it with IMAQ or IMAQdx?

Some of you will probably recomend GigE or USB3 Vision, unfortunately these cameras are too large for this application (even the Basler ace and dart cameras).

Thanks!

Hi ademedeiros,

After some searching, it looks like MoviMed makes an analog video frame grabber module for cRIO: AF-1501. If this does not suit your needs, some researchers at Purdue used external circuitry to interface signals here and here.

Hope this helps!
