write wav file

Solved!
Go to solution

I have an RFSA 5661. I have acquiredIQ data in the FM band, i.e. 99 MHz which I write into a file. I get binaryfiles of data of different sizes depending on how long I acquired the samplesof data. I demodulate the acquired data using the MT Demodulate FM.vi. I wantto be able to convert this demodulated data into a waveform file which I canplay and listen to what the FM station broadcasted.

Please guide me in the rightdirection.

hi GovBob,

i can't thank you enough for your example. it has helped us to play a wave file finally. we would gather binary files after acquiring fm data. we wanted to play those files but we could only do that after turning those binary files into wave files. we took part of your code, put it into our code and were finally able to listen to what we had received. thank you so much again.
