I get radio modulated signal data from advantest r3131a spectrum analyzer and now i want change the frequency domain data to time domain using labview. I try using inverse FFT but it unsuccessful. Any idea to solve this problem? If I succcess change it to time domain. May I use it to demodulate using modulation toolkit and get the real signal? If cannot, any suggestion to demodulate it?
