Is it possible for NI RF instruments to be controlled by SCPI command？

Hi

I am Hans and I am very interested in NI RF products, however, I uses tranditional box instruments quite a lot before,I am now constructing a production line with a software architecture based on SCPI commands, and method of control by DLL is difficult to be convincing. So I have checked that if SCPI can be used. Here is what I have found:

In this manual, the SCPI commands are described as the following;

As is shown above, there exists words like“RFSA””RFSG”, I am guessing is it possible that NI RFSA DLL is sending SCPI command to NI RF instruments? So I would like to know, are these commands universal for all other NI RF instruments? Specifically for PXIe-5668R and PXIe-5654, are these commands usable? Or is there another set of commands which can be used for SCPI control?
