FSK modulation with symbol rate 9600 causes error.

I'm tryng to generate 2GFSK (2 symbols, gaussian filter ) with PXI-5670 RFSG. Modulation supposed to be  done with 3.4kHz deviation and 9.6 kHz symbol rate.

With these parameter I  get out of waveform memory error from ni-RFSG Initiate.vi.

Parameters are:

Symbol rate: 9600

FSK Deviation: 3400

PN Sequence order: 9

Samples per symbol:16

Filter parameter: 0.5

Filter Characteristic: Gaussian

Filter length: 8

If I change symbol rate to 24kHz or higher, signal generation works fine. Size of array Y in complex waveform is equal in both cases.

How can I get reduce actual ARB-memory usage?

Re: FSK modulation with symbol rate 9600 causes error.

Hello M. A. Rimpelai,

I see that this question has remained unanswered for quite some time.

Is this issue still open?
