Dio Interfacing & PFIO Output 5644R

I want to generate Pulse signals on Pfi0 by taking input values from DIO port of 5644R. I want to interface DIO port and generate signals using 5644R. There are two VSTS so can you guide which librariey will be used and which Clock should i use.I also want to put delays

I'm not sure what question you're asking; are you using one of the built in IDL examples? I would suggest using one of the included IDLs.

You can find these by opening LabVIEW's splash screen, clicking "create project" -> "Vector Signal Transceiver" -> "VST Streaming (NI 5644R)."  You can then modify the FPGA to output DIO signals within the FPGA code.
