This presentation includes FAQ at the end. Two questions that were commonly asked that aren't in the PDF:

 

  1. What platforms support channel wires?
    Channel wires can be used on Desktop and Real-time in LV 2016. In LV 2017, we will add FPGA support.
  2. What data types can channel wires carry?
    Channel wires can carry any data type found in LabVIEW, including clusters, arrays, objects, strings, paths, Booleans, numerics, waveforms, etc.
