Sequence Reader Source

Here is the source code we will be reviewing during our discussion next week (9/8/15).  This is a bare-bones, generic as possible sequence readerri

The code is written in LabVIEW 2009, and I have verified that it runs as expected.  The Readme file should be enough to get you started on creating your own actions and sequence files with what is provided.

Please review and bring questions and suggestions for next week's meeting!
