pxisys and pxiesys files getting corrupted at windows startup

Hi Vamsi9996,

Do the chassis and modules show up in Device Manager after you restart? If so, look at this article on steps you can taket: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/D1F1D3FC80E4FFDF86256B410059DE31

Have you tried resetting the MAX database? It is possible the database is corrupted and is rebuilding the .ini file corrupted as well. You can find information on how to reset the MAX database here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/2C7480E856987FFF862573AE005AB0D9

Respectfully,
