pxie 8135 can't ping pc when labview installed

my laptop don't install labview 2012  can ping with pxie 8135 but labview installed on my laptop can't ping with pxie 8135. i don't understand

before i install labview 21012, I ping from your computer to have an IP address of PXIe is 169.254.100.112 (manufacturer's default), on my computer ip address is 169.254.100.111 (subnet mask: 255.25. 0.0), the two machines connected normal.
when i installed labview 2012 with the same configuration, it does not ping.  On cmd of my computer saying "reply from 169 254 100 111: Destination host unreachale"

Let me just ask a few more questions:

1. Did you install LabVIEW 2012 onto your PC, or onto the PXIe-8135 controller?

2. Is the PXIe-8135 running Windows or a Real-Time operating system?
