Hi 

I am using NI 5791 tranceiver equipped with PXIe-7966R FPGA.My question is that can I use this tranceiver card in full duplex mode.

That menas I can use transmit and receive channels at the same time via RF interface.I have worked on streaming example in that only one work at a time.Eiter receiver or transmitter not both works simultaneously.

I have developed a VI for tranceiver but i get error.VI and errors are attached.

You will have much better luck if you make this post in an RF related sub forum such as the one below.  NI makes a lot of PXI cards, and most people browsing this sub forum won't be experts in RF measurement devices and/or FlexRIO.

Also, the title is a little vague.  Try to make it more descriptive so your post will get more traffic.

That being said, you can do full duplex streaming with the 5791.  Since Rx and Tx share an LO, you can only have carriers within the bandwidth of the 5791.
