When using the niSync connect clock terminals.vi are we replacing the native 10MHz backplane frequency reference clock(PXI_CLK10) with the OCXO generated by the PXI-6653 and is it actually being applied at PXI_CLK10_In. I understand that the CLKIN is my external 10MHz source, but I am unclear when performing the calibration of the PXI-6653 if we are enabling the OCXO output and replacing the native 10MHz clock. Thanks and have a great day!!!
The calibration procedure is intended to calibrate the OCXO on the PXI-665x, thus the chassis' 10MHz clock does not get used in this calibration process. I am sorry if this was unclear in the calibration documentation.
