pinout request for PXI 2503

i'm trying to control the 2503 usinf the SFP.  I'm checking the output with a multimeter but the relay 23 - com0 is not closing.  I've tried multiple relays, all with the same result. 

They're not closing!

Is there anything special that must be done in th SFP to get the card working?

Hi Sean

How have you configured the relay switch in the Switch SFP?

Check that the topology is correct. Which topology are you using?  Also when you have connected a wire between the channel and the required com port on the schematic tab check that the channels relay position is 'closed' on the relay tab. I have attached images showing what the display should look like.

If the channels are connected in the SFP and you are using the correct topology the relay should be physically closed.

How are you checking the if the relay is closed? Are you connecting the multimeter between channel 23 and com 0 for relay 23?

The pinout diagram in the manual is upside down with respect to the card.  I don't know why the is.  All is good when it's flipped.
