I am truly sorry if my posted question here is not suitable.
Currently, I am looking for a cheap solution in testing PMIC (Power Management Integrated circuit) and I fould the post as in the link below:

Honestly, I could't figure out what I need for one full system which can test the Powermanagement ICs (Such as Buck converters, Boost coverters, LDO...ICs) in several conditions such as: Power efficiency, Load regulations, ....ect. That why I would like to post my question here.
Furthermore, I am also looking for a low cost solution (since my purpose is to buy a testing module for PMIC at an afordable cost).
