I have had a VB 6 (SP?) app running on a PXI controller under Windows NT(SP4.0) for over 5 years now. I do keep Visual Studio on th emachine as I sometimes make small changes to the source code during maintenance. I also keep many of the varianbles in a registry file so I do sometimes unregister and regegister a text file of variables. Suddenly, the application has begun completely closing at random times. Sometimes while completely idle, sometimes in the middle of a run. it just closes, gone, right back to the desktop as if the user jsut booted and logged in. My guess is that it is an unexplainable Windows issue but any inputs would be appreciated
