Thanks for the response and the information it was very useful. But let me explain myself better. I am using RFSG to generate a trigger (first I tried with a PFI0 line, and it works fine, and actually I can observe the signal in the oscilloscope, but I don't have the cables to make the connection with the 5661 module) by software (PXI_trigg0). I am using the bus 1 for both 5671 and 5661. I already read the routing PXI trigger document. But when I start generation and reception, reception does not start at a fixed point, so I guess this trigger line is not stable or i am doing something wrong (it's supossed to be easy, just export the PXI_trig0), but it doesn't look like is working.
