From the R Series Intelligent DAQ User Manual, "The NI 783xR/784xR/785xR has an onboard calibration reference to ensure the accuracy of self-calibration. The reference voltage is measured at the factory and stored in the flash memory for subsequent internal calibrations." It isn't meant to be readable. National Instruments offers calibration services to ensure your hardware meets its published specifications.
You may also want to consider external calibration, which is the most accurate method. More information can be found in the NI 783xR Calibration Procedure for NI-RIO.
