Ploblems while using PXI-8331

Hello All,

I am using PXI-8331.  The Cards in the chasis are not getting detected. The PWR and Link Lights are continuously blinking. it is continuously getting on and off. In MAX, the chasis is unidentified and the cards are not getting detected
The system has been working properly for six months and suddenly starting to fail.
I've tried to uninstall fromn device manager and reinstall again, and the problem continues. 
The cable connection has been checked ok.
The chassis is powered up in the proper sequence, first the PXI chassis, and the the PC.
Operating system windows XP service pack 2

Hello radhammm,
When things start to go wrong it is important to find the source.  To troubleshoot the MXI connection I recommend trying the PCI-MXI in a different PCI slot.  Remove the Cards from the chassis and see if the power and link lights on the MXI interface are ok.  Re-add the cards one at a time to see when a problem occurs if everything was functioning with no boards in the PXI chassis.  If you have a different chassis, try switching the chassis out too.
