PXIe-1073 is not detected.

Hello.

I have some problems with NI PXIe-1073 chassis (with Signadyne H3336F digitizer+AWG plugged into the chassis) detection in the MAX software.

System:

- Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit

- Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E31270 @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz

- 8GB RAM

- Motherboard Dell T1600

- NVIDIA Quadro 2000

I have used the NI PCIe-8361 board to connect the 1073 chassis to the PC over MXI interface.

MAX detected 8361 board correctly, but it failed to detect the 1073 chassis properly (see attachment 1.png)

Also, I attached Device Manager screenshot (2.png).

Using of MXI Compatibility and Connectivity Troubleshooting Guide (http://www.ni.com/tutorial/53268/en/) gives no effect.

Can anyone help, please?

Hello,

If your MXI card is recognized by Windows, you are not in big trouble.

Make sure the PXI is turned on before the computer, then the LED should get orange, and once you turn on the computer it goes green.

However, if you turn on your computer first and then the PXI, you may get the green LED but does not mean it will work.

Trying boot in that order.
