PXI 8106 not listed in MAX

I am using the NI - PXI-1031  with the controller NI - PXI-8106, and 1 card NI PXI-6515 and 2 cards NI PXI-8252.

I spent all day trying to make the MAX recognize and list the PXI on the list of remote Systens.
However, only my computer can not do the MAX recognize. From the computer of my colleague the MAX recognized without problems.

In the design of LabVIEW I could run a simple application.

I wonder if you have any suggestion for me to get success?

I solved  the problem presented above, removing the Real Time of my computer and installed the software that came with the PXI (NI PXI Platform Services, version 2.3).
However, I tried to install the Real Time again, and now is not allowed, since the installer says I have some incompatible software already installed.

My version of Real Time is 8.2.1

There is some incompatibility between these two software?
