PXI 6528 boards in a remote system not identified in MAX

I have two remote RT systems with PXI 6528 boards installed. Both have the same software, have the same chassis type and controller type. When I go into MAX, one system will identify the boards as 6528s, while the other system will give me slot information, but will not identify them as 6528s. Is there a logical reason for this, or does this fall into the "There's no reason it should behave like that" category?

Could you please send a snap shot of your MAX >>Remote system>>'devices and interfaces' folder for both the RT systems??

Probably we could answer better, after taking a look at that
