I do have a power supply, what do you suggest I do?

Hi MeCoOp,

The easiest way to test your hardware is to connect a known signal to your 4462 analog input and to open up your 4462 DAQmx Test Panel in Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) in order to read in the signal. Make sure that you are staying within the recommended operating voltage for your card.

PXI-4462 Operating Voltage: -42.4..42.4 V

If you are not able to see changes in the test panel while changing the power supply voltage, then you can be confident that your card is in need of repair and will need to be sent back to National Instruments.
