I have four different boards
two boards testing at load 2.5A
and other boards testing at load 25A 
 
we connect the load and PXI-2586 as attachment
 
It's connection any affecting on PXI-2586 at set load 25A?

Could you go into a little more detail on your hardware setup?  In your diagram, you correctly pointed out that the maximum current the PXI 2586 can switch is 12 A.  As long as you make sure you are not supplying the switch module with more than 12 A you should be ok.
